Delete cache for browser and web app version
In rare cases, corrupted files may remain in the cache when the network environment is unstable. This can be resolved by deleting the cache.
For the web app version, open DevTools by going to File menu → DevTools. For the browser version,

When troubleshooting on the CAMServer side, you may check the CAMServer system log. From the Chat&Messenger client, you can obtain the system log as shown below.
