How to report a problem

Chat&Messenger Client

Please report as follows for the desktop version, browser version, and browser version (web app) respectively.

desktop version

Brauser Web App Version

If you encounter problems during a web conference, please open DevTools, select "console" or "error" on the right side, and capture the screen and send it to us.

Browser-only web app

Normal browser version

Delete cache for browser and web app version

In rare cases, corrupted files may remain in the cache when the network environment is unstable. This can be resolved by deleting the cache.

For the web app version, open DevTools by going to File menu → DevTools. For the browser version,Ctrl+Shift+iDevTools opens with

CAMServer

When troubleshooting on the CAMServer side, you may check the CAMServer system log. From the Chat&Messenger client, you can obtain the system log as shown below.
