User presence status
Presence status indicates a user's current status and is represented by three states: "Online," "Offline," and "Absent." These are not simply connection statuses, but rather indicate the user's state in terms of "how quickly they can respond."

online
This indicates that the user is logged into the system and is operational. In this state, a relatively quick response to messages can be expected, and real-time communication is possible.
off-line
The browser, tab, or web application you were logged into has closed, and your connection to the server has been lost. Locking your PC screen will not put you offline, but your PC will go offline if it enters sleep mode.
absence
If you set the absentee setting, [Available] will be displayed on other users' user lists, allowing them to let other users know that you are absent or that you are unable to reply immediately.
Start of absence mode
To start the absence mode, open your own profile and activate "Absent". You can display any status to the right of your user name by setting the status.

The status can be set without being in absence mode, so it can be used to inform members of some status.
Automatic absence setting
You can set your computer to automatically register as "away" if there is no screen lock or mouse activity for a certain period of time. Please follow these instructions to configure the settings.
