Improvement of IME display position to the bottom as much as possible
IME (Microsoft IME / Google IME) pop-up display position is near the cursor position during text input, but whether it appears at the bottom or not depends on the number of candidates. Therefore, chat tools with the input area on the bottom side generally have a problem with flickering, not being set at the top or bottom.
Chat&Messenger automatically expands the display frame when even a single character is entered into the input area and pops up an IME (Microsoft IME/ Google IME) on the bottom as much as possible.
