What is a shortcut key?
Shortcut keys are functions that allow you to perform various operations using the keyboard.
Shortcut keys can be executed when the main Chat&Messenger window is active.
*Please note that hotkeys can be used for some functions so that you can operate them using only the keyboard even when the main window is inactive.
For hotkey settings, go to the "Settings" menu ⇒ "Application Preferences" ⇒ "hot-keySee "The following is a brief description of the newest version of the product.
In the following sections, we will list the shortcut keys and explain their functions for each menu. Clicking on a link in the menu column will take you to the help page.
Input Pane

| attachment (e.g. email) | Alt + A | Attach the file to the message. |
| preservation | Ctrl + S | Save the message you are in the process of creating. |
| sealed letter | Alt + Z | Toggle the checkboxes on the sealed envelope. |
| message erasure | Alt + D | Erase the message. |
Opening, replying to, and quoting messages
| menu | key | Description. |
| unsealed letter | Ctrl + O | Open the message. *Remember with the 'O' in open. |
| Reply | Ctrl + H | Reply to the last received message with a quick message. *Take the first letter of the alphabet and memorize it with an 'H'. |
| reference | Ctrl + I | Reply to the last received message with a quick message. *Take the first letter of the alphabet and memorize it with 'I'. *After generating a quotation, do not reply as is, but continue to press the Alt key if you wish to focus on the input pane. |
| Citation only | Alt + I | For the last message received, copy the message to the input area with a quote. Quick messages are not displayed. |
Useful shortcuts

| Choose Yourself | Ctrl + Shift + S | Select yourself on the messenger pane, user list. From here, you can change your selection by keying up or down other users. |

Ctrl + Shift + I | The input pane is brought into focus and messages can be typed in. |
| left pane task switching |
Ctrl + Tab | Pressing Ctrl+Tab while the focus is on the left pane will toggle the "Messenger," "Chat," and "Today's Tasks" tasks in the left pane in order. Ctrl + Shit + S brings the left pane into focus, and Ctrl+Tab can be linked to quickly expand the "Today's Appointment" task with just a keystroke. |

Alt + ←, Alt + → | Pressing Alt + ← or Alt + → switches the tabs in the message pane in order. |
File Menu
| menu | key | Description. |
| Creating Messenger Groups | alt+M | Create a new messenger group. Creating a messenger group allows you to group users you frequently send messages to and send them to each other. |
| Creating Chat Rooms | alt+R | Create a new chat room. Creating a chat room allows you to chat with a specific user. |
| Creating Sticky Notes | – | Create a sticky note. |
| List of Sticky Notes | – | Set the state of showing/hiding stickies. The settings here are effective even after restarting. |
| User list output | alt+O | Copies the list of all users to the clipboard. |
| Open working folder | alt+W | Open the working folder. The working folder is the folder where you installed the software and where the configuration files and the log folder are stored. |
| Open log folder | alt+L | Open the Logs folder. The log folder contains log files recorded for each messenger and chat room. |
| Message storage | alt+B | Manage stored messages. Messages sent to offline users are also stored here. |
| Close Message Tab | Ctrl+W | Closed chat room tabs can be reopened from the menu after selecting each chat room. Messages can also be received even when the tab is closed. |
| Stored in the task tray | ESCAPE | Stored in the task tray. |
| Register for Startup | – | Create a shortcut in the startup folder and launch it at the same time as Windows. |
| Register in Startup (Advanced Settings) | – | Detailed parameters can be added to the startup upon registration. |
| end | alt+F4 | Exits the application. |
Edit menu

| return to the point (of a discussion) | Ctrl+Z | Undo the message being edited. |
| redoing | Ctrl+Y | Redo "Undo." |
| clipping | Ctrl+X | Crop the selected area. |
| copy | Ctrl+C | Copies the selection to the clipboard. |
| paste | Ctrl+V | Paste the clipboard information into the input area. |
| Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart | Ctrl+P | Screen capture is performed. Captured image data can be sent directly to the other party. |
| Capture and Copy | – | Capture the screen and copy it to the clipboard. |
| Attachment from clipboard | Ctrl+M | Attach the image file obtained with the PrintScreen (or Alt + PrintScreen) key. |
| Quick Message | Ctrl+Q | Send a quick message. |
| Inserting emoticons | Ctrl+K | Insert emoticon insert. |
| canned text insertion | Ctrl+T | Insert emoticon insert. |
| bold-type | Ctrl+B | Set the text in the selected range to bold. |
| italic (font style) | – | Set italics to the text in the selected range. |
| underline | Ctrl+U | Underlines the text in the selected range. |
| deficit | Ctrl+R | Set the text of the selected range in red. |
| blue text (e.g. on a web page) | Ctrl+D | Set the text of the selection to blue. |
Search Menu

| User Search | Ctrl+F | Search for users. |
| global selection | Ctrl+G | Select all users in the group. |
| Select all of the same group | – | Selects all users in the same group as the selected user(s). |
| log search | Ctrl+L | Log search. |
Display Menu
| menu | key | Description. |
| Latest Display | F5 | Display the user list up-to-date. |
| Stickies are displayed in the foreground | F7 | Displays stickies in the foreground. |
| View Captured Images | F8 | Displays captured images. |
| maximization switching | F9 | Toggles the window between maximized and normal. |
| Compact screen | F11 | Switches the window to the compact screen. |
Setup Menu

| Application Settings | Ctrl+1 | Configure the application preferences. |
| sort settings | Ctrl+2 | Sets sort criteria for displaying users. |
| priority setting | Ctrl+3 | Set the display priority for each user. Set the "Priority" item in the pull-down menu. |
| deferral mode | Ctrl+6 | Sets the absence mode. The automatic absence setting automatically sets the absence mode when there is no PC operation for a certain period of time. |
| Color and font settings | Ctrl+7 | Set the color and font settings for the message pane and input area. *Changing the setting resets the data on the message pane. |
Extended Function Menu

| (Internet) chat | – | Turn on/off the chat function. |
| calender (machine for flattening things) | – | Turn on/off the calendar function. |
| Voice and video conferencing | – | Turn on/off voice and video conferencing functions. |

| document management | – | Turn on/off the document management function. |
| High-speed image viewer | – | Turn on/off the high-speed image viewer function. |
| Internal Browser Display | – | Displays the internal browser. |
help menu

| Help [Web]. | F1 | Displays help in the home page. |
| Open home page [Web]. | F2 | Open the Chat&Messenger home page. |
| Bulletin Board [Web]. | F3 | Open the bulletin board. |
| information | F4 | Displays version information. |
| Track packets | – | Track incoming and outgoing packets. Select any user first. This function is used to isolate problems. |
| Failure report [Web]. | – | Open the Problem Report page. |
