Clicking on the link in the file (folder) name will open the \"Save Attachment\" dialog box so you can check the progress of the download.<\/p>\n<div class=\"card-img post_img\">\n  <img src=\"\/images\/file_attache_open.jpg\" alt=\"How to receive files\/folders\" border=\"0\">\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><h2 class=\"common_title\"><a name=\"save_rireki\">History management of destination folders<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>The destination of the file download is maintained as history in the destination pull-down menu of the Save option.<\/p>\n<p>Unwanted history can be deleted by right-clicking in the pull-down menu and executing \"Delete this item.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 15px;\">\n<img src=\"https:\/\/chat-messenger.com\/images\/file_download_history_remove.jpg\" border=\"0\">\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"common_title\"><a name=\"error\">Cases in which errors occur in transmission and reception only over a LAN<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>For LAN-only, sending\/receiving files\/folders will fail in the following cases. In the case of an error, the sender needs to re-try the sending process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Case 1: The sender had deleted or moved the file.<\/b><br \/>\nThe sending party has moved or deleted the attachment before the receiving party has downloaded it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Case 2. the sender had stopped the application.<\/b><br \/>\nIf the sender stopped the PC or app before the receiver downloaded the attachment<\/p>\n<p>If CAMServer is installed, it does not matter if the sender's OS or software is stopped.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Case 3. sender does not allow connection<\/b><br \/>\nIf the sender is <a href=\"https:\/\/chat-messenger.com\/en\/blog\/ipmessenger\/\">IP Messenger<\/a> and has been downloaded multiple times<br \/>\n<br \/>*The sender is the one who sends the <a href=\"https:\/\/chat-messenger.com\/en\/blog\/ipmessenger\/\">IP Messenger<\/a> download is allowed only once.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>File sharing You can send and receive files and folders through chat and messenger.
