When this is set to &quot;on,&quot; a chat room will be automatically created and members of the same group will be invited to join when a new user is created or when the group name is changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Number of days to hide messages and chat rooms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enabling this setting will automatically hide chat rooms that have not had any messages sent or received for a certain number of days (default is 5 years) (even if they are hidden, they can be redisplayed from the three dots in the chat field on the talk screen). Additionally, messages older than a certain number of days will be moved to the archive table (which can only be viewed through log search). This allows you to have web conferencing with teleworkers at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-icon_info wp-block-paragraph\">If you use on-premises CAMSever within your company&#039;s intranet, you will use a private IP address, so this feature is not used much, but if you use CAMSever in the cloud (AWS\/GCP\/Azure...), be sure to configure it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"admin_msg_mgr\"
